We are two sisters driven by the desire to create a joint project focused on hospitality and tourism in our beautiful region. Seduced by the bucolic setting and the charm of the place, we renovated this heritage by adding modernity and eco-responsibility.
Nestled in the heart of the Val-Dieu valley, this 7-hectare estate invites you to unwind, relax and enjoy. Rives 903 is a place where time slows down, conducive to reunions and precious moments, whether for a family getaway, a getaway with friends or an inspiring seminar.
The gîte, divided between two separate buildings – the house and the mill – offers 12 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, several lounges, an indoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose room, a bar and large terraces. Both indoors and out, the generous volumes offer numerous possibilities for organization, whether for relaxation or celebration.

An eco-responsible gîte
As part of our eco-responsible approach, we collaborated with local companies, prioritized the reuse of materials from the renovation and integrated sustainable solutions: photovoltaic panels, low-flow faucets, home automation for optimized energy management, and a biological filtration system for the swimming pool. Every detail has been thought through to create a living space, respectful of its environment and focused on the essentials.
